The opening verses of Ephesians are a high-flying, epic, run-on sentence that seems to go on-and-on. In fact, scholars tell us this is the longest sentence in the Bible, at 203 words. Its a deep reservoir of theological truth and once Paul dives in he doesnt come up for air again until much later. You will notice that each member of the Godhead is highlighted as well as their unique role in salvation. In todays message we will try to comprehend the wonderful mystery of being sovereignly elected before time began by the Father to join His forever family.
