An often asked question these days is, Does Europe really have a role in biblical prophecy? The answer to this question is an emphatic, Yes! In fact, the role of a unified Europe in end time prophecy is much clearer in the Bible than the role of the worlds only current super power"the United States. In fact, the book of Daniel establishes with certainty that a unified Europe will rise in the end times out of the ashes of the old Roman Empire. According to prophecy, this kingdom will give rise to an ecumenical and apostate religion, a global government, and a global economy. Out of this kingdom will arise the most evil dictator ever known to man"the Antichrist.
