In Jesus’ “Model Prayer” we learn that we are to approach God in the same manner as a child does a parent— “Our Father in Heaven.” From there the Model Prayer touches on nearly every aspect of life in the space of just 66 words. It is brief, but beautiful. As we examine this first half of this prayer we will see how we are to approach God in worship and simplicity.
